A simple approach to your information.

Website visits

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or enquiry forms. It does not collect student assessments or account registrations. A small script adds visual effects on this site; it stores and sends nothing.

The short film on this site is a video file served from this website. Playing it requests the file from the site’s host, as loading any page does. No video service, tracker or cookie is involved.

Some links open a new message in your own email application with the subject filled in. Nothing is sent to this website.

The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, may be processed to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose problems. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Email enquiries

If you email PearlHelix, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss or deliver agreed services. Email is handled through our email provider. We keep correspondence only as needed for the enquiry, the business relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Please do not send student records, assessment results or other sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. Any project involving such information requires a separate agreement on how it will be handled.
