An assistant that answers a business’s customers on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, day and night. It answers from the business’s own facts, takes orders and bookings, alerts the owner, and hands the conversation over when a person is needed. It speaks Bangla, Banglish and English.

Course media and transcripts, made from material you already have. Slides become a narrated lecture video with captions, a web application becomes a short walkthrough with a how-to guide, and interview recordings become clean transcripts with the speakers labelled.

Speech recognition and voice generation run on PearlHelix’s own computers. A person checks every transcript against the audio. A voice is reproduced only with its owner’s signed consent, and files are deleted 30 days after delivery.
